300 grams ground pork
1 small onion finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1 egg white
1 tbsp cornstarch
2-3 pcs dried mushroom
1tbsp sesame oil
1tsp white pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
25-30 wanton wrappers
- soak the mushroom in hot water to soften (about an hour) chopped finely
- mix all the ingredients , just set aside some carrots for the top of the siomai about a tablespoonful will be enough.
- place the marinated ing in the ref for an hour
