Birthday Noodles



300 grams dried egg noodles
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup shrimp 
4-5 dried mushroom
1/2 cup slices of carrots
1/2 cup slice of pork or chicken marinate in
      1 tbsp of soysauce and 1/2 tsp cornstarch
2 cups of soup stock
3 tbsp soysauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped green onion

  1. put the noodles in boiling water for a min, or until it softens , remove at once stir in a few drops of sesame oil if desire.
  2. soak the mushroom until soft , slice it thinly
  3. heat the wok and add 1-2 tbsp oil, fry the beaten egg, remove from heat cut into strips
  4. saute the garlic ,add shrimp stir until shrimp turns orange white, remove from pan
  5. saute the onions and add the meat , sliced mushrooms , vegetables , stirfry untilcook, remove from heat
  6. with the remaining juices on the pan add the soy sauce, sugar and the soup stock, let it boil then add the noodles , season to taste
  7. pour all the cooked ingredients on top , garnish with green onions, cover the lid then turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 mins before serving.
