Crispy Chicken


8 pcs chicken legs
salt and pepper
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour


  1. put some salt an pepper over the chicken, mix well let marinate for 30 mins
  2. add the beaten egg , mix well and let sit for another 5-10 mins
  3. put some salt and pepper into the flour, mix well
  4. coat the chicken with flour misture then fry over medium high heat until brown
