Bitter Squash with Garlic and Egg



1 bitter squash
2 tbsp dried shrimp
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tomato
1 egg
salt
1/4 cup water


  1. wash the bitter squash then cut it lengthwise , use a spoon to remove all the seeds in the center , slice thinly and let it boil in hot water then drain.
  2. saute garlic add dried shimp, when garlic starts to brown add the bitter squash
  3. add salt , sliced tomatoes, and scrambled egg.
  4. let it cook for a minute then add the water then cover again, until the water is reduced to almost dry, and the bitter squash is soft enough , depends on your preference.
