Salmon Tofu with basil sauce



2 slices of salmon fish, steak cut , skin removed
1tbsp oil
3 slices of ginger chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 spring onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
3-4 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
3-4 tbsp kikoman soysauce
1/2 cup water 
2 tofu squares slice into 8-10 pcs each
1tsp cornstarch dissolve in 4 tbsp water



  1. fried the tofu until brown set aside
  2. heat oil saute ginger, garlic, and onion, mix well
  3. turn heat to medium low, then put the salmon , turn the side after 1 min
  4. start adding basil, ketchup, soysauce, sugar, one at a time (do not mix all ing then add) let the ketchup, soysauce sizzles in the heat of the pan, slightly mix the ing when it starts to boil add the water and tofu
  5. when it starts to boil cook under low heat for 10-15 mins
  6. add the cornstarch water to thicken the sauce and sprinkle with green onions
