1/4 cup sugar
1 envelop knox gelatin
1 cup water
1 cup of strawberries to decorate
- boil water , sugar and gelatin under low heat until fully dissolved , pour into mixing bowl but set aside 3 -4 tbsp to brush the strawberries later
- add in the cream cheese , use a mixer with low speed , mix for 1-2 mins
- pour into containers let it cool and transfer to chiller to set
- when the cheesecake is firm , decorate the top with strawberries and brush with gelatin syrup, chill again for 15 minutes , now its ready to serve
