2 fresh crabs
2 tbsp oil
6 small bundles of chinese vermicelli noodles
5 slices of ginger
3 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
3 tbsp kikoman soysauce
3 tbsp premium oyster sauce
3 cups of water
cilantro for garnish
- wash the noodle and let it soak in water.
- clean the crabs and chopped it to 4 pieces
- saute ginger and garlic in oil, add the crabs and let it stir fry for 10 minutes, add the soysauce and oyster sauce and cover for 2 minutes, remove the crab and place into a clean bowl leave the sauce in the pan.
- add water to the pan and let it boil, drain the noodles and add noodles into the boiling broth.
- adjust water according to your preference, for chewy texture use less water for softer texture add more water.
- once you put the noodles in turn the heat to medium low and let it simmer for 5 minutes then add the crabs on top and garnish with cillantro turn the heat off but let it remain cover for 10 minutes before serving.
