Choco chiffon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp salt
All eggs should be in room temperature
5eggs separate
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup veg oil
1/2 cup water
1tsp vanilla

10 strawberries
3 cups of whipped cream
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tbsp gelatin powder dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water let it cool
1 small bar of chocolate

- preheat oven to 350F baking time: 30 mins 2 9inch round / 12-15 mins for medium cupcake
- Sift all the dry ing (sugar is 1/2 cup only)
- Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until soft peak around 10 mins highspeed, set aside
- Beat egg yolks , oil , vanilla, add dry ing alternately with water
- Use ¼ of #3 mixture to stir with #4 and pour back to remaining #3, dont use stir use folding method to mix.
- pour into baking pans and bake according the above reference
- beat the cream for 3 mins under low speed, gradually add the powder sugar, continually beating until desired consistency
- for fillings use 1/3 of the cream with cut strawberries on the center
- then use the remaining to fill up the rest of the cake, top the cake with some strawberries and brush the strawberries with gelatin syrup and scrape some chocolate on top of the cake.
I love this cake. Yummy,soft and fluffy. Easy to make with the use of basic ingredients. I give this a 5 star rating!
