Chicken Celery


1 lb deboned chicken meat
1-2 cups of cut celery
1 red bell pepper (diced)
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1-2 tbsp kikoman soysauce

chicken marinate:
2 slices of ginger
2-3 tbsp kikoman soysauce
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp shaoxin wine

  1. cut the chicken meat into cubes, place in a bowl with cover , add the chopped ginger and the marinate sauce. cover and place in chiller overnight, if you intend to cook at once leave the marinate in room temperature for an hour.
  2. saute garlic in few tablespoon of oil add the chicken , stir under high heat until chicken starts to brown, add the celery and bell pepper, continue to cook until vegetables are tender, add 1-2 tbspoon of soysauce stir fry until the sauce are sizzling and the water from the vegetables has reduced.
