1 lb deboned chicken meat
1-2 cups of cut celery
1 red bell pepper (diced)
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1-2 tbsp kikoman soysauce
chicken marinate:
2 slices of ginger
2-3 tbsp kikoman soysauce
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp shaoxin wine
- cut the chicken meat into cubes, place in a bowl with cover , add the chopped ginger and the marinate sauce. cover and place in chiller overnight, if you intend to cook at once leave the marinate in room temperature for an hour.
- saute garlic in few tablespoon of oil add the chicken , stir under high heat until chicken starts to brown, add the celery and bell pepper, continue to cook until vegetables are tender, add 1-2 tbspoon of soysauce stir fry until the sauce are sizzling and the water from the vegetables has reduced.
