300 grams of salmon fillet (cut into small cubes)
2 tomatoes
3-4 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp lemon juice or rice vinegar
- saute butter and garlic under low heat, when garlic starts to brown add the salmon, turn the heat to medium high stir for a few minutes then add the tomatoes , season with salt to taste, then add the lemon juice cook for another minute.
