Moist Chocolate Cake



2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup veg oil
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup hot water

  1. combine all ingredients except  the hot water , use a mixer blend all ingredients until smooth about one minute.
  2. add the hot water, mix another minute.
  3. pour into cupcake molds with paper lining bake for 20-25 mins at 325F
