Max's Style Fried Chicken




10 chicken legs
3-4 pcs Laurel Leaves
1-2 slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic sliced into half
1 tbsp ground pepper
marinate:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
  1. marinate the chicken , salt and pepper for 30 mins
  2.  in a steamer place 4 cups of water add the laurel leaves, ginger , garlic and ground pepper bring to boil.
  3. steam the chicken for 45 mins. let it cool and dry
  4. you may rub some more salt and pepper over the chicken skin, fry under high heat until crispy.
