****************************************************************************
for the bread use the pandesal recipe, divide it into 4 , just roll it out according to the desired thickness.
****************************************************************************
- i use a toaster oven to bake this , cut 2 pcs of foil about the size of the wire rack of your oven. 2 pcs is so that you can use it alternately , lightly greased the foil center with butter the area where you will put the bread.
- divide the dough into 4 parts , dust the work area with some flour, roll it according to your prefered thickness, it doesnt have to be round , mine is rectangle, i use my oven toaster to bake this one at a time. remove the foiled wire rack from the oven place it on a flat surface, place the dough on top of the foil then start adding the sauce and toppings. place the wire rack back to oven for baking, after 15 mins you can remove the foil to brown the bottom of the crust. to remove the foil simple tilt the bread with a wooden spatula then pull out the foil.
- for the bbq sauce just mix ketchup and bbq sauce then spread on top of the flattened dough , sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a pinch of basil, then spread some grated cheese on top bake in oven for 20 mins at 400F
- for the galic sauce, saute garlic with 1 tbsp butter, under low heat, add tomato paste, sugar and water, let it boil, the sauce should be thick not watery.
- use about 1-2 tbsp of sauce to spread on top of the flattened dough sprinkle with a pinch of salt and basil, topped with grated cheese then bake for 20 mins at 400f
- serve while hot and you can put some tabasco. or hot sauce.
