Seafood Broccoli




1 kg of broccoli
1/2 cup shrimp
2 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp oil
2- 3 slices of ginger
1 red bellpepper diced
1 cup of fish ball or scallop
1 cup water
salt

1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water

  1. boil the broccoli for 1 minute, remove from water and set aside.
  2. saute ginger , garlic in oil, add shrimp stir for a minute then add fish ball, stir another minute then add the broccoli, salt and water, bring to boil.
  3. when the vegetables are tender, add the bellpepper , sesame oil and the cornstarch mix to thicken the sauce.
