Shrimp Salad




1 cup raw shrimp
3 boiled eggs
2 potatoes
3 tablespoon miraclewhip
1 lime/lemon juice (about 4-5 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon sesame seed
1 tablespoon oil
1 tsp garlic powder/ fresh garlic
1 tablespoon white cheese (cream cheese/laughingcow cheese)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pineapple tidbits (optional)
1/4 cup chopped almond or cashew nuts( optional)
a big bowl of romaine lettuce

  1. toast the sesame seed in a dry pan for  5-10 mins(low heat), remove set aside.
  2. add 1 tbsp of oil into the pan and saute garlic and shimp until cook, add the cheese , cook in low heat for another minute or until the cheese has melted, add in the toasted sesame. remove from heat, place in a bowl then add the miraclewhip and 3-4 tablespoon of lime,  mix  well and place in ref.
  3. wash the potatoes do not remove the skin, microwave it for 4 minutes or until soft. Slice into half or quarter and scrape the potatoes from the skin. set aside to cool
  4. chopped the boiled eggs or mash it .
  5. to serve put some lettuce in a bowl or plate top with eggs, potatoes, raisins, shrimp dressing, nuts, season salt to taste, you may add more lime/lemon or pineapple tidbits.
