- combine all the ingredients for batter, set aside
- saute garlic and shrimp in slightly greased pan, add the cream cheese, when the cheese melts remove from heat.
- heat the takoyaki pan and brush some oil , pour some batter add some green onions and shrimp, cover the pan , when the sides starts to brown use a chopstick to turn the ball. cook until brown
- combine all the ingredients for the sauce, cook in low heat until thickens.
- top the balls with sauce, mayonaise, sprinkle with sesame seed or seaweed powder.
cooking is an art, be creative, don't cook just for the sake of eating, enjoy cooking and you will surely enjoy eating!
