3/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
- let the butter soften at roomtemperature
- mix the sugar and butter then set aside
- toast the flour in a dry pan for 10 mins under medium low heat, or until light brown remove from heat
- mix the flour with milk powder and add the sugar and butter mixture, mix everything
- press the mixture into a mold , release the mold in a container and refrain from touching or moving the polvoron , let it chill in the ref for at least an hour this will help the polvoron to become firm.
