Polvoron


2 cups flour
3/4 cup milk powder
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar

  1. let the butter soften at roomtemperature
  2. mix the sugar and butter then set aside
  3. toast the flour in a dry pan for 10 mins under medium low heat, or until light brown remove from heat
  4. mix the flour with milk powder and add the sugar and butter mixture, mix everything
  5. press the mixture into a mold , release the mold in a container and refrain from touching or moving the polvoron , let it chill in the ref for at least an hour this will help the polvoron to become firm.
