Hot Shrimp Salad

40 pcs shrimp
1 egg white
1 tsp salt
1 tsp wine

oil for frying
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
2 tbsp white sesame
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp condense milk , or just use 2 tbsp sugar
few lettuce
  1. peel and devein shrimp, wash and drain.
  2. marinate with salt , egg white and wine for 30 mins
  3. coat with corn starch, deep fry under high heat until it's golden brown, remove from heat and place in paper towel to remove excess oil, place the shrimp in a plate with lettuce
  4. toast the sesame seed in a dry pan until light brown remove from heat let cool.
  5. put a tbsp oil in the pan add the pineapples( do not include syrup)quickly stir fry a few seconds then add the mayonnaise and condense milk/sugar stir and pour into the fried shrimp, sprinkle the sesame on top.
