1 egg white
1 tsp salt
1 tsp wine
oil for frying
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
2 tbsp white sesame
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp condense milk , or just use 2 tbsp sugar
few lettuce
- peel and devein shrimp, wash and drain.
- marinate with salt , egg white and wine for 30 mins
- coat with corn starch, deep fry under high heat until it's golden brown, remove from heat and place in paper towel to remove excess oil, place the shrimp in a plate with lettuce
- toast the sesame seed in a dry pan until light brown remove from heat let cool.
- put a tbsp oil in the pan add the pineapples( do not include syrup)quickly stir fry a few seconds then add the mayonnaise and condense milk/sugar stir and pour into the fried shrimp, sprinkle the sesame on top.
