Chicken Sotanghon Soup




2 small bundle of dry sotanghon
1 cooked chicken thigh or chicken breast (deboned)
5 cups chicken soup stock
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
salt to taste

  1. wash the dry sotanghon and add to boiling soup stocks.
  2. add the chopped chicken meat , pepper, salt, sesame oil, and green onion, let boil for a minute then turn the heat off, let the soup remain covered with lid for another minute, serve hot.
