Play Dough (not for eating)

BLOND HAIR -HOMEMADE PLAY DOUGH

ICE CREAM AND WAFFLES -HOMEMADE PLAY DOUGH

2 cups flour
2 cups water
1 cup table salt
1tbsp oil
1 tsp cream of tartar
food coloring

1. mix all ingredients together and cook under low heat until it forms a dough remove from pan
2. place the dough in a kneading board, knead until smooth then divide into smaller parts use a finger to make deep indention where you can drop the food coloring.
3. once you drop the food coloring carefully knead the dough to avoid the liquid colors spilling out.
