400 grams fettuccine pasta (cook according to package directions)
1 cup whipped cream
2 cups fresh milk or evaporated milk
1/4 cup miracle whip
6 slices/strips of smoked bacon
1 whole garlic minced or finely chopped
salt and pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 4 tbsp water
- cut the bacon into small pcs, place it in a heated pan let it cook until starting to brown
- add the minced garlic and cook until crispy when all the fats is out, remove the oil and set aside half of the bacon in a plate for garnish
- place the remaining bacon in the pan back to the heat and add the cream, milk, mayonaise, salt and pepper, stir until it boils.
- add the cooked pasta into the sauce , stir and add the cornstarch mix to thicken the sauce, let it boil until it is thick and creamy.
- place the cooked pasta in a plate and add the crispy garlic bacon on top.
