Salmon Noodle Soup


1 lb salmon
2 slices of ginger
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tsp sesame oil
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
salt
2 cups of water
2 cups soup stock
boiled noodles


  1. slice the salmon into cubes about 1.5 x 1.5 inches
  2. combine the green onion and 1 tsp sesame oil, set aside.
  3. heat 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil and add the ginger when the ginger starts to brown add the salmon cubes.
  4. when meat color has turned pale orange or about 1-2 mins cooking add the water let it boil, then add the soup stock and season salt to taste let it boil then add the springonion /green onion with sesame oil, turn off the heat let it cover for one minute add the soup to a bowl of cooked noodles.
