Char Siu Fried Rice




3 cups of cooked rice
250 grams of char siu pork  cut into small pieces(diced)
2 tbsp char siu sauce (optional)
1 egg
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
salt

  1. In a dry pan heat 3 tbsp oil, beat the eggs and cook for 30 secs, (half cook/ scrambled style) remove from heat , set aside.
  2. heat 4 tbsp of oil add the garlic, when it starts to brown add char siu meat and  sauce, stir then add cooked rice, give it a quick stir until well mixed ( cook under high heat)
  3. add the scrambled egg , spring onion and salt , cook for 1 min remove from pan.
