Cream Puff


make 24 pcs

1 cup salted butter
2 cups water
2 1/4 cup flour
6 extra large eggs

  1. boil butter and water, turn the heat to low, add the flour mix until the dough separate from the sides of the cooking pan. remove from heat start adding egg one at a time mix with spatula until you have a very thick mixture.
  2. scoop a spoonful of batter and use another spoon to push it down to a tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. broil at low heat or approximately 350-375F for 25 mins, turn the bake for 5-10 mins at 300 F
