butter icing


to decorate 24 cupcakes

2 cups unsalted butter(room temperature)
7-8 cups sifted sugar powder
1 tsp vanilla
few drops of coloring

  1.  beat the butter until creamy , turn the speed to low start adding sugar until you reach the consistency of your preference, add vanilla beat some more then divide into portions depending on how many colors you will be using.
