Pork Ribs Stew


3 lbs pork ribs
3 diced tomatoes
1 chopped bellpepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp apple cider
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 pcs star anise
1 cup water
3 tbsp ketchup
1 cup chopped carrot stick
2 cups chopped celery

  1. saute garlic in oil do not let it brown , add the ribs and stir fry with the garlic.
  2. add tomatoes, bell pepper, soysauce, apple cider,ketchup, sugar ,star anise and water , let it boil, once it boils, turn the heat to medium low and let it simmer for 60-80 minutes depends on how soft and tender you want it to be cooked.
  3. add the carrots and celery and let it boil for 10 more minutes.
