2 pcs salmon steak cut
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp kikoman soysauce
3-4 tbsp chopped green onion
- remove the skin of the salmon, place in a microwavable bowl.
- in a small pan heat the olive oil and sesame oil, add garlic, brown sugar and soysauce, when it starts to boil remove from heat and pour into salmon.
- sprinkle the top with green onion. cover the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. wait for 1 minute interval then microwave again for another 2 minutes. remove from microwave but let it remain covered for 3 minutes the steam will continue to cook the salmon.
