Microwave Salmon Chinese style


2 pcs salmon steak cut
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp kikoman soysauce
3-4 tbsp chopped green onion

  1. remove the skin of the salmon, place in a microwavable bowl.
  2. in a small pan heat the olive oil and sesame oil, add garlic, brown sugar and soysauce, when it starts to boil remove from heat and pour into salmon.
  3. sprinkle the top with green onion. cover the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. wait for 1 minute interval then microwave again for another 2 minutes.  remove from microwave but let it remain covered for 3 minutes the steam will continue to cook the salmon.
