Yummy Garlic and Spring Onion Pizza



Bread dough for Crunchy Pandesal or Fried Pork Bun
divide into 5 parts

makes 5  12" thin crust pizza 
3 cups shredded mix cheese for pizza
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped green onion
1 whole garlic minced
1/4 cup basil Parmesan Salad dressing
 salt
  1. saute garlic and green onion with olive oil add pinch of salt, cook until garlic starts to brown. set aside.
  2. roll one dough into 12" round diameter, place the dough in a non-stick pan greased with oil. sprinkle the top with a pinch of salt and gently press the salt into the dough,  spread a tablespoon of basil dressing on top , and spread  2 tbsp of fried garlic and green onion on top, add 1/2 cup of grated cheese and bake on pre heated oven 350F for 10 minutes then broil under low heat  for another 3-5 minutes to toast the top.
 note : you may divide dough into 4 parts if you want thicker pan pizza
