Bread dough for Crunchy Pandesal or Fried Pork Bun
divide into 5 parts
makes 5 12" thin crust pizza
3 cups shredded mix cheese for pizza
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped green onion
1 whole garlic minced
1/4 cup basil Parmesan Salad dressing
salt
- saute garlic and green onion with olive oil add pinch of salt, cook until garlic starts to brown. set aside.
- roll one dough into 12" round diameter, place the dough in a non-stick pan greased with oil. sprinkle the top with a pinch of salt and gently press the salt into the dough, spread a tablespoon of basil dressing on top , and spread 2 tbsp of fried garlic and green onion on top, add 1/2 cup of grated cheese and bake on pre heated oven 350F for 10 minutes then broil under low heat for another 3-5 minutes to toast the top.
note : you may divide dough into 4 parts if you want thicker pan pizza
