500 grams of long beans
3/4 cup ground pork
3 tbsp dried shrimp
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp oil
3/4 cup soup stock or water
- heat the oil then saute onion first then add garlic,stir fry until garlic is just starting to brown
- add the dried shrimp, salt and ground pork then stir fry until brown,
- add the oyster sauce and the long beans ,
- continue stir fry while adding the soup stock 1/4 cup at a time, wait for the soup to totally reduced to almost dry before adding the next 1/4 cup soup. the long bean should be tender but not too soft and still maintains green and shinny look. so adjust the water according to the texture of the long beans.
