Skinless Longanisa




500 g ground pork
2 tbsp soysauce
1/4 cup brown sugar 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp fennel seed
1 tbsp garlic powder




  1. Marinate the meat with the rest of ingredients for 30 mins
  2. wrap it in a plastic cling wrap and twist to form the sausage shape put in ref for an hour before cooking ( or freeze if you dont plan to cook it same day)
  3. remove the plastic wrap and cook it under medium low heat with a little oil in the pan to prevent from sticking.
