Pork BBQ

 

2 lbs pork butt sliced thinly

marinate sauce:
1/4 cup chopped garlic 
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 cup soy sauce

basting sauce:
1/2 cup banana ketchup, or kraft bbq sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp lime juice

mix the marinate sauce together and stir into the sliced meat,  marinate for at least 4 hours in refrigerator

skewer the meat and place in preheated oven (425F) broil for 5 mins then start basting with sauce cook for 20-30 mins
