2 pcs of small upo (remove seeds and cut into small pcs) roughly around 6 cups
1/2 cup ground pork
2-3 tomatoes(chopped)
3 tbsp dried shrimp or 1/2 cup fresh shrimp
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp fish sauce
- saute garlic in oil, add the ground pork, stir until cooked, add the shrimp and salt continue stirring until cook then add the vegetables , stir and cover for a few mins then add water and tomatoes, cover again cook for 10 mins over medium low heat ,stirring occasionally. ( if too dry add some water but not too much)
- when the vegetables started to become semi translucent you can now add the fish sauce. stir to incorporate the flavor turn the heat off and cover for 5-10 mins before serving
