Upo with ground pork



2 pcs of small upo (remove seeds and cut into small pcs) roughly around 6 cups
1/2 cup ground pork
2-3 tomatoes(chopped)
3 tbsp dried shrimp or 1/2 cup fresh shrimp
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp fish sauce

  1. saute garlic in oil, add the ground pork, stir until cooked, add the shrimp and salt continue stirring until cook then add the vegetables , stir and cover for a few mins then add water and tomatoes, cover again cook for 10 mins over medium low heat ,stirring occasionally. ( if too dry add some water but not too much)
  2. when the vegetables started to become semi translucent you can now add the fish sauce. stir to incorporate the flavor turn the heat off and cover for 5-10 mins before serving
