1/2 cup ground pork
1/4 cup chopped shrimp
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chinese wine
B
2 tbsp cha jiang sauce or satay sauce
1-2 tbsp kikoman soy sauce
1/2 cup water
C
1-2 cucumber
2 tbsp freshly chopped garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
dried hand pulled noodles (taiwan brand)
- boil the noodles according to package direction, when noodles are soft remove and place it in a bowl of cold water, drain the water and set aside.
- peel the skin of the cucumber then remove the seed part and slice it thinly. Mix in garlic, sesame oil, salt, sugar and vinegar set aside ( do not place near raw food, prepare this and the garlic first before doing the raw meat ingredients)
- mix all the A ingredients and marinate for at least 30 mins.
- in a big pan heat some oil then stir fry all the A ingredients and start adding B (satay , soy sauce and water) let it boil then add the noodles stir well then top it with the cucumber and garlic.
