1 lb pork loin slice thinly
3-4 tbsp kikoman soysauce
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
bowl of lettuce
toasted chopped almonds
salad dressing
- marinate the meat with the rest of the sauce ingredients for at least 30 mins, or overnight in refrigerator (make sure to cover the meat container)
- use a non stick pan , with a little oil pan fry each slice at medium-high temperature until brown
- remove from heat and let it cool , then cut into strips
- arrange in a bowl with lettuce, topped with almonds and salad dressing.
