Pork Steak Salad



1 lb pork loin slice thinly
3-4 tbsp kikoman soysauce
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic

bowl of lettuce
toasted chopped almonds
salad dressing

  1. marinate the meat with the rest of the sauce ingredients for at least 30 mins, or overnight in refrigerator (make sure to cover the meat container)
  2. use a non stick pan , with a little oil pan fry each slice at medium-high temperature until brown
  3. remove from heat and let it cool , then cut into strips
  4. arrange in a bowl with lettuce, topped with almonds and salad dressing.
