500 grams of gluten flour
2 cups (or more) water
2 tsp salt
- combine flour with water until you form a soft dough, cover with cling wrap for 2-4 hours
- wash the dough in running water with the bowl at the bottom and a strainer at the top, wash to remove the starch, when the water becomes less starchy about 3-5 mins of washing squeeze out excess water and form into desire shape then boil it for 20 mins. remove from heat let it cool
- slice it into smaller pieces then deep fry until brown.
