1 envelop Knox gelatin
1/4 cup water
2 cups sweetened cold soya milk
syrup
3-4 tbsp brown sugar
3-4 tbsp water (or more)
- boil 1/4 cup water with gelatin under low heat until gelatin is totally dissolved.
- turn the heat off and add the cold soya milk , stir gently just a few stroke not too much to prevent bubbles, pour into containers and let it chill in the ref over night
- put the brown sugar in a small bowl and add 2 tbsp water place in microwave oven for 20 seconds, make sure the sugar is totally dissolved and no grainy/sandy texture. Do not add too much water at once just add gradually.
- make sure the brown sugar is totally melted let it cool for two mins then pour into the set taho then mix gently . (do not pour syrup when it is still too hot , the taho might melt)
