Super Easy Yummy Taho (soya pudding)




1 envelop Knox gelatin
1/4 cup water
2 cups sweetened cold soya milk

syrup
3-4 tbsp brown sugar
3-4 tbsp water (or more)

  1. boil 1/4 cup water with gelatin under low heat until gelatin is totally dissolved.
  2. turn the heat off and add the cold soya milk , stir gently just  a few stroke not too much to prevent bubbles, pour into containers and let it chill in the ref over night
  3. put the brown sugar in a small bowl and add 2 tbsp water place in microwave oven for 20 seconds, make sure the sugar is totally dissolved and no grainy/sandy texture. Do not add too much water at once just add gradually.
  4. make sure the brown sugar is totally melted let it cool for two mins then pour into the set taho then mix gently . (do not pour syrup when it is still too hot , the taho might melt)
