Egg Roll


100 grams icing sugar
100 grams butter
100 grams cake flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp black sesame (optional)

  1. Beat the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
  2.  Add eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
  3. Mix in the sifted cake flour.
  4. In a heated Roti cooker place 1 Tbsp of the mixture at the center then sprinkle some sesame seeds. Press the mixture for one minute then flip it over. Cook until golden brown. Use chopsticks to roll and set aside to cool.
