QQ Taro Meat Pie



Dough
 1 kg Grated Taro
1 cup Tapioca Flour/Starch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3-5 tbsp water
pinch of salt
pinch of 5 spice powder

filling:
200 grams ground pork
4 pcs shrimp
4-5 pcs dried mushroom ( soak in water for an hour and cut into small pcs)
1/2 cup chopped chives
1 tsp rice wine
pinch of white pepper
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1-2 drops of sesame oil
salt
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
