Beef Fried Rice


250 grams of marinated beef
2 tbsp lee kum kee premium oyster sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 beaten egg
4 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 cups chopped lettuce
oil
salt to taste

for beef marinate
500grams thinly sliced beef
3-4 tbsp kikoman soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic

1. marinate the beef for an hour
2. put 2 tbsp oil on a pan, half cook the egg and remove from heat
3. add 1 tbsp oil to the pan, stir fry the beef on high heat, remove from the pan
4. add 2-3 tbsp oil to the pan , saute garlic, add the oyster sauce, rice and salt, stir fry for few minutes
   put back the beef, egg, and add the green onion and lettuce. stir fry for 1-2 minutes then it is ready to serve.
